I make myself get out of bed this morning and make something other than cereal for breakfast. I made this egg white and cheese omelet with a little taco sauce and a bagel with a little spray butter (3 pts)
And some Ginger Herba Mate tea. It's supposed to promote mental alertness. We'll see. See my scale in the background? :)
That breakfast was so filling! I didn't get hungry until way after the lunch hour.
I hate to even admit how lazy I was this morning. I did get my essay turned in.
Then I knew I had to meet with Jillian. We had an appointment and I didn't want to disappoint her or my waistline. So, I Shredded on Level 1. Guess what! I was able to do almost ALL of the exercises. I'm not saying that it didn't hurt but I was able to do it. That's a mega super duper accomplishment for me.
Lunch time! I had some leftover Ole Pizza (4 pts) and an apple (1 pt).For an afternoon snack I had jalapeno cheese crackers (2 pts) and a little bit later I had an awesome WW Raspberry Chocolate Bar (1 pt)
Dinner was an easy slap together meal: spinach, corn and Morning Star riblets (7 pts)
After dinner I got to playing Guitar Hero and what rocker out there doesn't drink? So I decided to party Weight Watchers style and make a pitcher of 4 pt raspberry margaritas. I drank the whole pitcher. It was totally awesome. Like a giant snowcone. Sweet nectar.
