Anyway, I grabbed a bagel and went out the door.
Breakfast: Carb Check Bagel (2 pts)
Got home and had a great lunch!
Lunch: ham and FF swiss wrap with dijonaise, carrot chips and salsa, WW cherry yogurt with golden raspberries (5 pts)
I am loving those carrot chips. I need to get some more hummus to dip them in.
Had a few errands to run. Had to take some clothes back to Old Navy (why are all of their shirts so thin?) and got Charlie some new swim trunks. He wanted skulls on them. Ugh, boys.
Marisa got me wanting a Frap because she had a picture on her blog. So I got a tall caramel frap with no whip and no caramel drizzle on top (though lord knows I love it). (2 pts) Took the picture with my new Blackberry Storm. Love the new phone. Now I can twitter while on the road (though not while driving!). Trying to figure out if I can post pics to Twitter with it. I'm so challenged when it comes to these things.
Had to get Charlie's antibiotic prescription for his head at Walgreen's and saw these in the store! I love fireballs but chewy fireballs?! Oh yum. I dared Rachel to put 13 in her mouth. She did and broke out in a sweat. haha I only did 6 and it was so hot. I had a few more than 6 though. :-)
Dinner: Mexican Cornbread Casserole, broccoli with some cheese sprinkles for popcorn, watermelon (9 pts)1 cup cornmeal
1 cup milk
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 (16 oz) can cream style corn
1 onion, chopped (or use onion powder)
1 pound ground beef (I used 8% though I prefer 4% fat. store was sold out)
1-2 pickled jalapenos chopped
3/4 cup fat free Cheddar shredded
3/4 cup 2% Kraft Cheddar shredded
Mix first 6 ingredients and set aside. Brown onion with ground beef until meat is done. I use onion powder instead. I also add salt and pepper and any other seasonings that I like. Add jalapenos and cheese. Pour 1/2 of batter into a greased 2qt casserole dish (mine was an 8x8). batter will be thin. Don't worry about it. Add meat mixture. Cover with remaining batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yields 6 servings at 8 pts each
This is a recipe that I used to make pre WW but have changed some things to make it WW friendly. Tastes just as good. :) Even my picky little boy ate it all!
Dessert: margarita (made with Baja Bob's sugar free mix...go find some of this!) and popcorn (3 pts). Chuck tried to steal some right when I took the picture. Bad boy. :)
I was supposed to run today but the calf of my left leg just isn't feeling it right now. Chuck and I are going to get up early and run together. He has a chiropractor appointment and massage and I have a mother/daughter day at the spa. Can't wait!! We're going to get manicures, pedicures and cut and styles. Should be fun.
And then tomorrow night is a moonlight paddle on Oyster Creek in Sugarland with about 20 other people. It's going to be freakin awesome! I'm pretty pumped about it. We're the only ones that have canoes. Every one else has cool kayaks but that's ok. We get to haul more junk and stay dry. :)
Can't wait to announce a winner tomorrow for the Sweet Success giveaway. I just hate that I can't give something to everyone that entered. Maybe I can do another giveaway soon. Any ideas? As soon as I drop below the 200s I want to give away a digital food scale like I won. It's so awesome and I use it every single day!

Normally I don't give things away. However, in honor of you reaching your goals, I think it's FANTASTIC!
I want to draw the winner for this contest....
Your pictures are always so great. What kinda camera do you use?
Hey Tricia. I'm kind of ashamed to admit that it's really my in laws but they let us keep it and use it. It's a Canon EOS 20D. I love it but it has many more features than I will ever use. Then I use Picaso (free download) to trim and add light when necessary. :)
My husband would love me dearly if I were to make that casserole for him--that's his kind of food!
I get more ideas for good eats on your blog!
Sorry about the goose.
Kelly you crack me up! Hairy wrist an all!!! The Starbucks pic is making me drewl....love my caramel frapps! I will definitely try that casserole. I think even my hubby will eat this one!

Miz.
That cornbread looks really good!
Guess what? You're a winner of the exercise cards! Congrats :)
I haven't had an atomic fireball since church camp...many moons ago. I didn't even know they still made 'em!

Kelly - Stop by findingradiance.blogspot.com - you won the NURU cards!
I've been looking for something to mix up my workout routine. I'm going to incorporate "running from geese" into the mix. Thanks for the tip!
Yummy, casserole is on the list of the things to try now! Great idea.
Um, OUCH, I cant believe the goose did that to you! I suppose I'd have been too scared to pet the goose though.
Where in the world did you find golden raspberries? We have one bush, and get about the amount you have in your yogurt all season! They are so delicious, but I don't think we would ever find them in a store around here!
i've never even heard of golden raspberries before! they look pretty! :)
the mexican casserole looks great...do the jalapenos make it HOT?? i can't handle spice!!
Patty, the raspberries were at Kroger grocery store by the strawberries. I just had to try some. I'm jealous that you can grow any raspberies at all!
Darci, if you don't like spicy just add some canned green chilies instead. I love the heat. :)
Oh no, you and I are going to have to go to Frapaholics Anonymous!!! Maybe we'll get a two-fer deal !
Yummy eats!! Enjoy your wonderful spa time!
i love cornbread but never eat it. got to try this recipe.

That cornbread casserole sounds delicious!
And congrats on the health blog nomination!
(Sigh. I have to confess I'm jealous; Cranky Fitness has never been nominated for anything, ever.)
Hi I'm finally back :> Sorry I've been so behind on catching up with your posts!
Eeks that goose bite looks a little painful. Are you sure the running away part is 0 points though?
Ooh - I found the post again. The cornbread recipe was great and I plan to make it again. next time I may reduce the amount of meat and throw some sauteed veggies and diced tomatoes into my middle layer. This is definitely a keeper. :)
